Blossom Water Grapefruit Lilac has been named a Finalist for Outstanding New Product in the Specialty Food Association’s 2014 sofi™ Award competition.
A sofi is the top honor in the $88 billion specialty food industry. “sofi” stands for Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation and represents the best of the best from members of the Specialty Food Association.
Blossom Water Grapefruit Lilac was one of 125 Finalists selected by a national panel of specialty food professionals from 2,724 entries across 32 Awards categories from Outstanding Appetizer to Outstanding Vinegar. More specifically, there were 459 entries for the category of Outstanding New Product. Blossom Water Grapefruit Lilac was chosen as one of 10 Finalists. Winners will be announced by noted chef Dominique Ansel at a red-carpet ceremony on June 30, 2014, at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City.

The husband and wife team that came up with idea of infusing water with the essence of flower blossoms went on to say, “We believe Blossom Water defines a new and exciting category within the premium water market segment.”
