There are so many bottled waters on the market these days, they are flooding the shelves of your local grocery store. They are enhanced, flavored, sparkling, and vitamin-packed. They are zero calorie, low calorie, and high calorie. They promise energy, fitness, vigor, weight loss, weight gain, vitality, clear skin, and even sex appeal. They are enriched with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and electrolytes.
In the industry they are called functional waters. They promise to do something for you; to somehow make your life better, stronger, faster. Like the Six Million Dollar Man, these waters pack a punch (fueled in part by things like caffeine, minerals, vitamins, guarana, and guayusa), but they often lack a certain purity.
Enter Blossom Water: pure and simple. Instead of making you fly like Michael Jordan or swim like Michael Phelps, Blossom Water simply satisfies. We’re not in it for the sports advantage; we’re in it for the simple joy of it. Blossom Water is about purity.
Our Clean Label Declaration gives you a pretty good indication of our commitment to purity. This declaration ensures that Blossom Water is free from additives, contains only simple, recognizable ingredients, and is minimally processed. Our use of glass bottles is another indicator of this commitment.
We also insure purity by means of something you can’t see: flash pasteurization. In lieu of preservatives, we guard against the development of pathogens by subjecting Blossom Water to temperatures of 180°F for about 30 seconds (this is the flash part of flash pasteurization). It helps us keep our product pure and our flavors vibrant.
But Blossom Water won’t promise you bigger muscles, better endurance, or a slimmer waist. It will simply give you some enjoyment. And that in itself is pretty refreshing!
